Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
You have [30] days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If [30] days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unworn & Unused: The watch must be free of scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original box with all tags, protective films, and accessories (chargers, straps, manuals) included.

Proof of Purchase: You’ll need the receipt or order number to complete the return.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return in the email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

Approved: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Rejected: If the item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, we may grant only a partial refund or reject the return.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
